“I Told A Lie” Releases on January 30
Jesse and Noah will release their new single, “I Told A Lie,” January 30 on Usonia Records, distributed by Select-O-Hits. The video for the single will be released on the same day.
“I wanted to write one of those classic Dwight Yoakam style songs paired with the family harmonies of the Everly Brothers,” says Noah.
“There’s also that twangy guitar with the riffs that start at the beginning and play through ‘til the end.”
The single is from the upcoming album, The Sunshine Shop, and was recorded at Wildfeathers Recording Studio in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The album will feature eight new songs written by Jesse and Noah and two original tunes, the classic Rodney Crowell tune “Shame On The Moon,” recorded by Bob Seger and “Me & Magdalena,” written by Ben Gibbard of the band Death Cab for Cutie and recorded by the Monkees on their final studio album. +966
